how do you clean your empty bottles.

Either they sent you the wrong sized lids or you're not cranking them down enough.
You crank them down until the "ratchet" on the bottleneck is covered?

Remember that when it's cranked down it won't come off without breaking away the ring.
Don't crank it down on one unless you don't care about losing the ring.
But that's how they work

The 5 ml bottles are fine, but none of the 15 ml bottles work. Let's hope the will send me the correct ones.

There are also the baby sterilizing fluids that worked for me. I've found that from Tromain on the planet of vapes forum.

I don't clean them (other than wiping down the outside). I DO empty my bottles before refilling (into another "emergency vape" bottle). IMHO flavours aren't so subtle that they will suffer. Just pour it in. vape. Aaaah....

Personally I use just hot water and rinse them out well a few times. I can't smell the flavors any more, and I can't taste any carry over either. And I use plastic bottles repeatedly.

That said, for flavors that linger I'd just throw them out. The bottles I used have been reused a few times. I saved them from when I bought vendor juice but I am strictly DIY now (except for juices I CANT replicate yet).
