how do you compare the amount of nicotine from analogs and e-cigs?

hi,
well the title is clear I guess.
I used to smoke 60 to 90 analogs a day
I'm just wondering how to compare your nicotine intake with e-juice ; in my case its with 24mg approx.

like for example: how many analogs you need to smoke to get the same amount of nicotine with a bottle of 30ml of e-juice with a concentration of 24mg?

is 4ml to much a day to what im used too? (using the VE riva 1100 deluxe kit with a vivi nova 2.5 tank--if it makes any difference)

I am brand new to this myself. but my son is telling me that he goes through 2.8ml/day and he was probably not smoking quite a pack (he's been analog free now for 2+weeks) so it doesn't sound like the amount you are talking about is unreasonable given the amount you were smoking. But maybe others with more experience will have different advice

There really is no way to calculate exactly how much you are getting. 4 ml is not unreasonable at all, especially for 3-4.5 ppd smoking. How are you feeling with the amount of juice you are using? Are you still craving/having nic withdrawals? You could definitely increase your juice if you need to, or may need stronger (30 or 36 mg- I wouldn't recommend this for everyone, but that is an awful lot of nic that you are accustomed to.) If you start to get too much nic you will feel it, and know to slow down.

Sounds like you are falling in the range that a lot of people use. Some use less, some use more but I think the average is 4-6 ml a day. I lowed my Nic once and was doing about 12 ml a day. I put myself back on 24mg and am holding steady at about 5 ml a day. I use to smoke 50 analogs a day. Good luck!

I guess ill try to stop chain-smoking OR use lower concentrations of nicotine...

I hate being near analogs that's a fact
and I don't think i still have cravings for nicotine but just the habit of chain-smoking.

i smoked about 20- 30 a day. Been analog free for almost 4 1/2 months. I have been at 16mg to 18mg(depending on vendor) since then, and use about 3.5 to 4 ml. a day.
Just looked at my sig. and I past 4 1/2 months!
