How do you de-stress?

music. constantly listening to music when i have free time, or i'm making music, even if it's terrible, sound is something you can control and it feels good to manipulate it to your liking.

meditation is my last resort. i don't meditate in any way other than just sitting on my bed and completely turning off my mind. i pretend i don't exist. i'll just sit back focus on non-existence, and watch the petty thoughts that pop up in my head, completely dissociated from them. this is like a last resort though, and i'm not always able to sit still long enough.

then i'll sometimes work extra hard so i have a day off and just go binge drinking lol :evil: after all the trouble i get myself out of throughout those nights, i'm pretty grateful to live the next week or two gracefully lol
