Received my first bottles of juice from Virgin Vapor today. Really nice glass bottles but I'm a bit frustrated with the inability to fill my cartos and/or drip. Right now I'm using a syringe - while manageable it's a bit of a pain and just makes for more cleaning. I'm too scared to tip the bottle to fill a carto. Shaky McShakerton here.

Anybody have tips/tricks to make filling a bit easier with these bottles?

Hi rock_lobsterrr, I do have individual bottles with droppers available on the website as one option. However, I've also been working on a better solution over the last two weeks and am going to be switching back to droppers for most bottles. I've got someone stopping by so I'll be back later to make a fuller announcement of the change over...

Everyone seems to taste something different in this flavor so I'm not sure! Some people find it creamy, to others it's a strong coffee without much milkshake, still others taste all kinds of other flavors in there (chocolate, peanut butter, even popcorn)! It seems to be a flavor that appears in different form to everyone who vapes it! Maybe others will chime in with their experiences, but personally I do find that steeping makes it mellower and richer and brings out the subtler tones more which, to me, include the milkshake aspect. Also, if you want any of your flavors customized, don't hesitate to ask! I'm always happy to shift the balance around for you as needed to suit your tastes since flavor is such a personal and individual thing.

That's great. I LOVE that your so active in this forum. So far I'm loving all my flavors. Peach Vanilla Swirl, Wild Watermelon, and oh, so surprisingly delicious Blackberry Marshmallow!

Keep up the great work - new customer here... but I'll be back for sure.

=)

I'm so happy to hear you are loving your flavors! Those are three delicious picks!:)

So I've been doing some beta testing with the help of a number of ECF members here (thank you!) to try to find out where the problems with the droppers really lay and how often they leaked. What we found is that there were two problem areas: the sampler bottles and a few specific flavors. For the sampler bottles, I think the bottles are just so tiny that they can more easily have problems when mishandled by the USPS. I haven't yet come to a conclusion on the best way to handle this but, I think I may start by offering the droppers separately as they came through the mail unharmed in our tests. But for the larger bottles, it seemed that it was primarily the citrus flavors that leak. I believe this may have to do with some interaction between the citrus flavors and the rubber or closure in the same way that these flavors don't work with the plastic of some tanks. So, the solution I've come up with is to switch back to the droppers for all the large bottles except the citrus flavors. For these, we'll send them out with a screw cap closure and send the dropper separately. I'll also have screw caps available on the website for those who prefer them so you can replace the dropper at home if desired (plus, the screw caps are much sturdier than the droppers so it makes much more sense to send them separately through the mail instead of mailing the droppers separately, duh!) or just leave a note for me with your order asking for screw caps instead of droppers. And, finally, if anyone has rubber allergies, just let me know in the notes box at check out and we'll specially handle your order, sending it only with the screw cap closure.

I have the droppers on order and they should be in by the end of next week at which point we'll make the switch. I welcome feedback from everyone to let me know if this solution is covering all your different needs and preferences. I tried to take into account what everyone wanted while finding a solution that would be the least complicated to implement so please let me know if this will work for you!

That would be fantastic! Also, a bit off topic. I bought I bottle of Kona Milkshake. Right now I'm getting mostly a coffee flavor. Will more of the "milkshake" come out after steeping for a bit?

Ninja edit: Extra flavor - High (19 Mg)
The first time I tasted it, I thought it tasted exactly like a Jamocha shake from Arby's and fell in love. I sent some to an ecf friend and she disagreed, to her it tasted more like the coffee as you've described. It does develop more depth after a long steep. I know Annetee will help with findng the balance that suits you. :)

I have discovered that the KCM is sensitive to higher nicotine. Anything over 12 and it does strange things to the flavor for me personally. I ordered 18 and wasn't crazy about it. Fortunately, I had ordered it with the extra flavor so when I cut it back to 12 myself with VG, it mellowed it out quite favorably. I get a butter essence from the tail end of KCM that I like. It is most notable to me the first few vapes and then my taste buds get used to it and it almost disappears but it's still good.

Lately I have just been using a small pipette with the bottles because the size fits the vision clearomizers I am currently using.

Annette, you may already have solved this issue but wanted to give you some input in case you haven't totally put it to rest. I have quite a few essential oils (have absolutely NOTHING to do with vaping) and the rubber tips have dissolved over time in a few of them. It does seem to be especially prevalent in the citrus but also in a few of the others. Not sure if this will help at all, just wanting to be of help.

Hi Morri,

What I'm doing now is shipping all large bottles with a dropper except ones I know cause problems in certain types of tanks (citrus, cinnamon). I haven't gotten to it yet, but I'm going to add the screw caps to the website as an option for anyone who prefers as well as for use during longer term storage. I think most people go through the flavors pretty quickly so it isn't a problem, but I would recommend the screw caps for longer term storage for that reason.

I'll 2nd this. I use only Young Living Essential Oils, and I keep lavendar next to my big claw foot bathtub ---- with a rubber tipped dropper.

I went to put some drops in the bath recently and the drops had turned black. The rubber was "melting" into it. I have eucalyptus and another bottle of lavendar with plastic caps on them, same batch, and they are fine.

I'm gonna guestimate it took almost a year for this to happen though, but nevertheless, it did happen.

The same thing happened with my essential orange oil. It ate right through the dropper! It did take a long time though.

rock_ as for filling cartos from the dropperless bottles I just poured a little into a carto condom and then it was easy to control what went in. I'm so glad to have the droppers now though. Thanks, Annette!
