How do you guys like my new banner?

Just wondering what you guys think of my new banner? I try to stay pretty active on the forum and nicole at alice in vapeland has become a very good friend of mine so i spent some time designing a new banner to help keep the word out for them..

Well they made me resize it.. but it still looks good i think even smaller..

Dont quite understand that rule.. especially if i could keep it under 25k but hey.. dont wanna rock the boat.. still looks good smaller
