Looks like all the mech mods I want are sold out everywhere. I guess I stepped in the mech mod game a little too late. But anyway, how do you guys know when high end mech mods like JD Tech, GP, and etc are being released? I've started following VapeRev on Facebook for updates. Where else should I look?

People use Facebook to keep up w vendors. This forum seems to be a good source too.
Dont forget there are lots of quality clones of mechs that are now long gone.

For originals, the ECF Suppliers' section is a good place to keep an eye out.
