How do you keep your ecig when not smoking?

Does it have to be stored a certain way? I mean I was thinking of still using my ashtray (cleaned out of course) but then will the e-liquid drip down into the atomizer and battery and mess it up?

Should I take it apart and just let it sit in the ashtray?

What about when you're at work/driving?

If i'm at work or driving, most times it's either in my hand or mouth .
If i do put it down on my desk sometimes i lay it flat. Other times i'll put it in my pen holder (aka O.C.C. coffee mug) battery down. Most times i don't think i have an issue with accidental flooding because if i have just dripped it'll be all vaped out before i put it down. Same if i just topped off a cart.

At night i will split it apart, put the battery on the charger. I'll blow through the atomizer to clean it out of any excess fluid. Then i'll stand it upright with cartridge end down so they can drain onto a paper towel. At the same time i'll top off a couple of carts, stand them upright and leave them to soak overnight. This way everythign is read yfor that first hit of the morning when i sit at the comp with my coffee.

^^ That is good advice. I think its best to keep the ecig laying horizontal when not in use. It can also be a good idea to leave the ecig in your clean ashtray - to keep your normal routine without the use of a real cig could get you used to the ecig quicker.
