Well ya, if you check the temperature of a HE2 with a 20a draw on it, I would say that LG was making a false statement. (now you know why the HE4 even exists)

Nice try don't even try to swing this in a different direction, your claim is these don't even exist and that's all I'm posting about, they are out there, and people should be aware of it.

    No you can't
All batteries can explode including those in your flashlights, cell phones all of them. There are things we can do that should improve our chances of not having a battery explode like, buying them from a reliable vendor/source, name brands like sony etc and if you’re going be getting into high wattage make sure you have the right AMP battery. Then you get into caring NUMBER #1 thing not to do leave batteries charging unattended. Rotate your batteries number them 1,2,3,4 etc.

Every notice your battery getting hotter, that's a clear sign of something going on though it could be nothing more than your chain vaping just slow it down and see what happens if it stays hot put it on the side and try another battery.

Comes to batteries stay away from knock offs and bargain brands.

Common sense stuff like if you drop a battery check it out for visual damage, see any throw it away there only around $10.00.

    Reliable charger like XTRA.

Most devices are well vented though it doesn't hurt to keep this in mind when you’re shopping around.

but hey let me ask you a question, those IMR batteries die faster than normal ones right ? (im a noob)

There are several types of lithium batteries.

There are IMR, ICR, NCR, LiPo, and others I suppose.

If there is a 'normal' one, I wouldn't know what it is.
