I stopped by my local B & M this morning to pick up one and all I got was the battery. No instuctions or anything. I found some info on how to turn it on and switch modes, but nothing on charge times. I know when it has a white light on the power button it should be charged but how do you know when that is?

When you're charging it using the bottom end usb port, one side next to the port with glow red. When there is no red light it is charged all the way. To test this so you know, plug it in again with your clearo or whatever you're using attached then take a draw. The red light will come on then because you decreased the charge a little with that draw. It will continue charging until its full and the red light will go off. That will be a very short time because you only took a draw or two.

If you are, instead, using the threaded end to charge with and an Ego charging cable, the cable has a light that glows red when charging or green when fully charged.

Excellent!! I had it turned off and there was no red light. When I 5 clicked it and turned it on, there was the red light. Much appreciated!!

Just another tip... When vaping plugged in, in the regulated mode (white to blue led on the button) you're at a constant 3.3-3.4 volts. By doing the 5 clicks off and holding the button down for about 8 seconds, the orange led on the button will light up. Then do the 5 click for 'on' and you're in the unregulated mode, 4.2v at full charge, 3.6-3.7v for most of the charge, 3.2v at the end... BUT, if you leave it hooked up, you'll be around the top charge 4.0-4.2V all the time - unless you're really power vaping. Good for stronger coffee/espresso flavors. :)
