I use an old Brother Label printer. After switching to oval bottles I had a lot of labels to print so the desktop app made it a breeze. They stick just fine and juice won't affect the print.

View attachment 23948 I use a small tape labeler.....the one in the picture is at Wal-mart but you can pick them up lots of places and cheaper than this one. Just make sure you have enough tape to go all the way around the bottle where it overlaps and sticks to itself. Works great!

Yah, this right here. Like Laura just above said, make sure its long enough. choose the longer tape option, or just hit the feed button. Also, I choose the double line option, which allows for double the amount of printing so there is room for all the info about your juice. I also put some heavy duty packing tape just over the label, but perhaps that is not necessary. I do the same thing with labeling my cartomizers. I use the single line, smallest print, all caps, and trim it down to just over the size of the printing so its 3-4 millimeters wide, and then put a piece of scotch tape over that just slightly wider than the label itself. Again, the tape may not be necessary if the label is long enough to overlap on itself.

Yes Parallex2, Desktop app, definitely the way to go. Much easier and nice looking too. I save all my DVD/CD label sheets after printing Disc labels for my DVD''s. I use the unused portion of the labels.

LOL, I was thinking the same thing about the hi-tech side. I am really old school, using cheap labels from the dollar store and covering them with the clear tape from, you guessed it, the dollar store. I reuse bottles as well and find it easy to remove labels by soaking them in isopropyl alcohol for a minute. They slide right off with no gumminess and my bottles are ready for reuse in minutes.

You guys are high tech. I just use Avery return address labels and hand write the sauce title. Since I reuse bottles I have found letting the old ones sit in water for a few hours liberates the avery label nicely. No glue or sticky residue left.

I have a few boxes of those mailing labels that come on 8.5x11 sheets. I'd love to shove one into my printer and print only one label, peel it off and then a week from now, shove it back into the printer and print only one label to the second position on the sheet (cause the 1st one is gone from last week). I need a freeware that can do this where I tell it which is the next available label on the sheet and it prints to that one. Anyone know of such a software? The labels are 1" x 2.625"

I'm casual about my labels, I just use 3/8" white artist tape. I stick a piece onto my mixing desk and hand-write in ball point pen or fine-point Sharpie, then peel it off the desk and onto the bottle. The adhesive on art tape is really versatile for a lot of uses, for instance I keep a roll of 1" in the kitchen to label food containers for the freezer. It sticks to almost anything, yet is also removable/restickable, and doesn't leave residue. Handy stuff.
