how do you order stuff from other countries?

I'm Canadian, I'm interested in ordering juices form other countries. I'm not sure how customs work in my country. I heard, it could take a long time for orders to come in. I also heard that customs, sometimes, will not allow stuff to go through. I'm new to this whole "vaping scene" and I'm looking for answers to many of my questions.

From what I know is sometimes the order will go through and other times it will get taken away and sent back to the company. If it does go through it can sit in customs from a couple of days to a few weeks.

It only takes one person to start a revolution.

When I ordered my DID from Greece, it took almost two weeks. 8 Days of that was sitting in customs.
