Hey, I'm not sure where to post this so I'll just do it here.

I ordered ejuice from a Canadian company 7 days ago and I've been tracking it. The last track said it left Chicago 4 days ago.

Has anyone ever had a problem ordering from Canada or other foreign countries?

I think I'm going to stick to good ol USA from now on. I shouldn't have to wait for so long, especially since it's in Canada which is not far from me in NY.

I'd post the company name but I don't know if I'm allowed to because I don't think they are associated with this forum.

I buy a lot from overseas not just e-cig related, and have yet to have a problem with the foreign side of the equation. With USPS anything is possible. I had an atomizer order go from “out for delivery” to bouncing around Minnesota for three weeks the original order was from San Diego to Seattle, so like I said anything is possible when USPS gets it, domestic or international. I wouldn't give up shopping international.

You said "it left Chicago four days ago. "

If I remember my geography correctly, Chicago is in the US, not in Canada, so the responsibility for its getting to you falls squarely on *****drum roll***** the US postal service.

The issue is not the Canadian company, or the fact that the package was once international. It's simply a question of domestic postal services in the US.

I have nothing against the company. Their customer service has been excellent. They even offered to send me another package if it doesn't arrive.

I'm just impatient. I thought with Canada being so close to me it wouldn't take that long. I'll call usps on Monday to see what's up. I'm dying to try these new flavors. I've been vaping one flavor for a few days I'm so ready for something new!

I'm brand new to this, even international purchasing. There was no need to get rude with me.

Hi I live in Canada and I order from the US all the time, sometimes it's fast and sometimes it's slow, sometimes it gets stuck in customs for a few days to a week and sometimes it doesn't, sometimes they make me pay duty and sometimes they don't (for the same item). It really makes no sense but I have given up trying to figure it out. Hope you get your shipment soon!
