Just wanted to see how everyone is liking/or not liking their Ego-T - I just got one and so far I like it.

It's not bad...concept is better than what is available now...meaning efficiency, aesthetically, convenience...

These do have some potential because of the looks and feel and general concept, but the two I have hardly have any flavor and I've tried everything to make them work. I want them to work but I think it's too early for them just yet.

I wasn't impressed with it. I chose to stick to my previous method. It's easy to use and convenient, but it didn't quite give enough TH or vapor. I wouldn't consider it a complete waste of money comparing it to other stuff I've tried... (like the eGo Mega carto

At home I drip. It is a good alternative while I am driving.
I'm not into TH or vapor. I am into flavor and I think the tank produces less flavor.
So for what I use it for, it is ok. I'm glad I have it while driving.

We've been demo'ng the eGo-Tanks for a few days and like the convenience & general performance/concept. However they draw very cool and significantly diminish the flavor of Non-Menthol juices. The cool draw is perfect for menthol/mint liquids though. As Paula said they are good for driving or other activities where your hands are not free but for flavor we definitely prefer LR Att's with drip tips.
I am very happy with my "T" so far. I have had zero problems. I am surprised by the "no/diminished flavor" comments. I am experiencing better flavor than I have in months. It is actually very reminiscent of my 801's on my Janty Sticks. The vapor is definitely not as hot as a typical 510, but that is a plus for me, and as I have said, I really am pleased with the flavor. I also don't understand the "plastic taste" cooments. I have not experienced anything like that at all.

Ima liking mine too. The flavor seems hit and miss but I think that's more me than the unit. In the longrun, it tastes a whole lot better than the analogs I used to smoke 
So I am almost 3 weeks in with the Ego-T and still very very happy with it. First one I got from one supplier I had to tweak a little - then I got a complete kit from Cignot - Blew out the primer, rinsed and had no tweaking whatsover to do. Just waiting for the LR one to come out!
My reaction is the same. I get better flavor and general satisfaction from dripping than the Ego-T. However, this also somewhat depends on the juice. For instance, Sweet Caroline works great in the Ego-T, but Boba's Bounty doesn't really wick well and is not very flavorful (in the Ego-T that is). Because BB is so thick you would expect the wicking problem, but the lack of flavor really surprised me, since BB is a juice that usually shines at lower voltages.
On the other hand, apart from the lack of flavor w/some juices, the Ego-T works flawlessly. The system doesn't leak and delivers a very consistent hit (lots of slightly cool vapor) all the way through the tank. Charge up a eGo Mega battery, load up a couple of tanks and I am good to go for the day. For me it is the best solution to date for vaping on the go. I never really liked cartos (especially after the whole E2 fiasco) and I could never get bottomfeeders to feed consistently, so the eGo-T is a very welcome solution to vaping when I am out and about.
I agee with Paula though, when I am at home I will stick to dripping.

I'm just about to receive my eGo and eGo-T atty. It's the V2 I'm told, but I don't know what the difference is. I think it's going to be great, I also got a new 510 + drip tip for it.

I have mine on a necklace that came with it. I have really bad arthritis days here and there, so I keep it around my neck almost 24/7.
It does seem to be a little picky about juices... or more to the point, I'm going back over juices that SUCKED with 510/cart mods/dripping & "stovepiping" (pre driptip days), and they still suck with the ego-T. What I initially thought was burnt taste coming from 510 gear, seems to be happening with the same juices in the ego-T. So, bad juices, not bad equip- at least for those instances of "burnt taste".
I maybe get a "dry burn" once, twice a day. just suck on it a couple times without hitting the atty button, give a sharp blow back into the mouthpiece- just in case, pull a couple vapes off of it without inhaling- and the burnt taste from what was likely a dry burn is gone.
anyway, the system is just easy. Open mail, fill tank, insert tank, vape.
I was SOO tired of 510 bullsnit, tweezers, cart mods, burnt lips (pre driptip!), disassembled ball point pens, the filter aisle of the aquarium store in little pieces all over the house, bent paperclip Rorschach tests...
This... just works. I haven't cleaned the atty. I've just vaped. I'm still finding my fav flavor. I had a bunch of various dekang, and some random "american made" juices. I ordered about 20 samples from FSUSA, and I'm finding that like with any other flavored cig/cigar/..drink.. anything- some things taste better at different times. I was happily vaping oRYental4 for a couple hrs, then I took a bunch of pills with some ginger-ale, now the vape is awful. It's the "drinking orange juice after brushing your teeth" effect.
Now that I'm back vaping for 100% of my nic needs, and re-reading ECF for tens of hours a day, I keep seeing cool new mods and stuff, and keep wanting to dive in. I have an obsessive nature to completely immerse myself into a subject/hobby, so I have to keep reminding myself that I just wanted to quit smoking. I don't want a new lifestyle. I don't want to start spending all my time and money on vaping again. I just want to vape off my simple ego-T, and live my life. (unfortunately my health has me in front of the computer for many many hours for the next couple months- and I seem to be spending it here again, so I need a new hobby).
The Ovaleusa website, where I purchased my ego-T, is kinda down due to paypal probs- but I believe my non-TAWA atty is waranteed for something outrageous like 6months, as is the battery. If I can get 6 months of life out of my $90 investment, without having to buy any carts, cartos, etc- I'm waaay ahead, fat & happy.
So, *knock on wood* hopefully this thing will keep functioning as flawlessly as it has been. To me the stuff like TH, or perfect flavor coming through, is waaay secondary to quick, easy, and pleasurable nicotine replacement. I've filled 4 tanks today (2 halfwa), and made one battery swap. No messing with wicks, or.. anything. Just vape.

Yep, I have to agree with the "it just works" idea. You can just load it up out of the box it came in and have a damn good vaping experience.
It is the ideal system to get people off cigarettes. Newcomers don't want to match up atties and PVs, figure out what batteries fit in which mods, go through all that OCD parsing of threads that is such a big part of the ECF experience. They just want to fire something up that tastes good and gets nicotine in their system, just like they were able to do with a cigarette.
In the last couple of weeks I have persuaded two smokers to try the eGo-T and they are both off cigarettes and happily vaping away.
I think the eGo-T will bring a lot of smokers into the vaping world and it will be interesting to see if they just keep using that system or if they start to get into the whole world of different mods. Me, I will stick with my mods and trying to max out my vaping experience. If I don't how can I justify the giant tackle box full ecig stuff that I spent so much time and money aquiring lol.
