how do you set it to automatically..

how do you set it to where it automatically subscribes to every thread you post in, and set the default notification to control panel?

I have it setup like this on another message board that has a similar script as this site, but it's been so long that I forgot how to do it.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated. I started two threads and lost them because there are so many posting. Thanks!

Go to settings then to general settings. Then down to subscriptions
