I know it's annoying to do, but I always just end up cleaning out my ViVi NOVA 3.5ml tank every time I try a new flavor or switch to a different one.
If you have $10, you can buy 5 510-T atomizers and 5 510-T tanks and just use a different tank and atomizer for a different flavor. IDK anything about the lava tube though, so IDK if it is compatible with 510 threads or not. Good luck.
