how does in store credit work?

I stocked up on cartomizers with this weekends sale and I did purchase during the time slot and the coupon code didn't apply so V4L issued an in store credit. Thank you very much, btw!

Will it be applied automatically with my next purchase or will I have to type in a new code?

It should be automatically applied on your next order, I think.

You can contact CS and ask them to resend it; or you can see if it's still in the trash ;-)

I would think it would show on your V4L account.Log in and check there.If not Im sure one of the guys will be along to explain.

Morning Vapi,

Go into your account and under Payment Settings, click on View Gift Certificate Balance if the amount shows up there then it will instantly be deducted from your purchase without needing a code.
