I just got my PCC (model 808D/808D-1) for my KR808-D1 batteries but sadly there is no manual. What I think I figured out is that when charging the PCC via USB, the top light is red and will eventually go green(?). When charging a battery, the bottom light will illuminate(?) Just not sure exactly what is what. Also, can I leave a battery in the PCC after its done charging? Thanks much!

The top light on mine goes from red to blue when the PCC battery is charged.
The bottom light illuminates when it is charging a battery. When it's nearly done it seems to cycle on / off for a bit and then go off. I have left mine in the case overnight and it seems to be charged fine, so I don't think you have to be too careful about removing it.

I dug up a real reference for you in the vapor4life subforum. This thread isn't "official," but I believe it is accurate and may be of use to you: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vapor4life/58027-vaporking-user-guide.html

That's specifically written about the products V4L sells, but I'm reasonably certain all the KR808D charging cases are set up the same (the VaporKing is a KR808D-1). Here's a quote from that post
PCC
Personal Charging Cases allow you to charge your batteries on the go. The PCC has a battery in it that can recharge your VK battery 3-4 times before needing to be recharged itself. Your VK battery is charged by screwing it into the PCC, the PCC is charged with a USB plug.

PCC LED indicators:
The top light (closest to the case hinge) is for the PCC's battery- when red the case is charging, turns green when it's done charging and will stay that way until it is unplugged from the USB port.

The bottom light is for the VK battery - It is off when no battery is present, if a VK battery is charging it is solid red, and when your VK battery is fully charged it flashes on and off.
