KBV has been my favorite vendor so far, but Tasty Vapor has piqued my interest. Can anyone with experience with both tell me how their juices compare?

I like that KBV's liquids are extremely clean tasting and somewhat subtle, with descriptions that seem to be accurate and no real "losers" among the flavors I've tried.

Or if any Kick Bass fans have any other suggestions of vendors I might like to try, please feel free to throw in your 2 cents. Thanks!

TV and KBV are the ones I order from every 7 to 10 days.

If you like one, most likely you will like the other.

What I love about them is what one doesn't have, the other will and they are both exceptional at creating spot on flavors.

Both have decent pricing too.

TV has a weekly special where they have usually 4 juices, 1 ounce(30mls) $11.50.

That is how I try out juices if I can because it doesn't make sense to buy the 10ml sample for $7.00 if you can get the 30mls for $11.50.

I have tried about 3/4's of their product and like you said about KBV, haven't found but three that just weren't me,

No real losers. In fact, two of them were patterned after alcoholic drinks and I don't like alcohol.

I keep trying samples from vendors people recommend but keep going back to KBV and TV because their flavors IMO just can't be beat.

Just got from TV: Apple Pie, Peach Cobbler, Cupcake(I added Pecan and Caramel), and Butter Rum.

Delicious without steep time but after 5 days (not a month like some vendors) undertones come out.

Such as the cinnamon calms down in the Apple Pie and the apple comes thru. Same with the Peach Cobbler.

I had ordered a sampler from AIV which included Cupcake City.

Was already spoiled on the cupcake flavor from TV which you can add up to three flavors to.

It is just fantastic.

Sorry, didn't mean to write a book here, in other words, you should try some flavors from TV, you won't be disappointed.

Thanks so much for your helpful responses Yorkie and Cindy! You guys confirmed my hunch that TV would probably suit me just fine if I'm in the mood for something new/different.

I was mainly checking out the lemon pound cake and butter rum, but I might have to try the cupcake too!

I appreciate the advice. Happy, yummy vaping! :)

Update - just got my first order from TV. I got the butter rum since it was on special this week, and then also some samples of lemon pound cake, peanut butter cookie and tasty finger (butterfinger). Well I just fired up some of the tasty finger since this sample was "born" earliest and had steeped to a nice dark amber brown. Man, you guys did not steer me wrong!!! So freakin good!!!!! :D

I can't wait to try the others.

I'm a total Tasty Vapor fanboi - I live nearby, so I stop in all the time. Love, love, love their stuff - and they have a "secret" menu you can ask for, if you're nice. :) (Older discontinued flavors and custom mixes from customers, etc.) They have offered to custom mix anything I want, they really don't mind, and they know their flavors.

Steeping varies with their flavors, some are good right away, some age slowly, some POP after a period of time.

Tasty Finger I love, but it's a troublesome one for me, most of the time i get chocolate, but the peanut butter is very elusive. It might be me, because I'm trying 5 pawns Grandmaster right now, which is PB and banana, and I'm not getting ANY PB. :( This one mellows over time, after a couple of weeks, it's in a good, chocolate place.

The Lemon Pound Cake took a week and a half for me to steep - and it went from good (zesty, lemony) to WOW literally overnight - now it's a mellow lemon and cakey flavor, it's delicious! It's very close to an all day vape for me. I prefer this one in a ProTank, oddly enough.

The Butter Rum is fantastic right away, LOVE that stuff. I've been told it has Bacardi in it, as well.

Alien Blood, I'm vaping right now (Tropical fruit). Alien Blood is another you don't have to wait for, and doesn't change much over time, but it will change at different voltage levels, and on different gear. I do NOT like to drip it, I prefer it in a carto. It's a very refreshing flavor.

Strawberries and Cream is my #1 flavor. It's very strawberry right away, the cream comes out after a while, between 4-5 days. Enjoyable either way. I love this stuff, I need to start getting bigger bottles of it!

I'm waiting for Orange CreamPop to steep right now - it went from a clearish pale orange to a darker orangeish brown the last couple days, and is smelling really good!

Others that I've tried and recommend are Cafe Mocha, Black Licorice, Boston Cream Pie, Tin Box Mint, Tobacco (let this one steep, it's really, really good after two weeks), German Pound Cake, and Pineapple Orange Banana.

The next flavors I want to try are Apple Pie, Irish Cream, and Waffle - someone was vaping that the last time I was there, and it smelled incredible.

Hey thanks for all the great recommendations, Billy! I'm vaping the butter rum now, and it's fantastic - just like the lifesavers.

Yeah, their site says to give the lemon pound cake a week to steep, but the samples I got were all premixed over a month ago, so I can dive right in to that one asap.

The butter rum was the only one freshly mixed since I got the full size bottle, and like I said, awesome right out of the mail!

I did notice that the TV juices seem to have a bit more of a bite than then nonexistent KBV throat hit, but nothing I can't deal with.

I can definitely see myself re-ordering from these guys again :2cool:

I've been eyeing TV for awhile but when I read "clean and subtle", this raises a red flag for me. I mean, I like clean but usually that equates to barely there flavor. That was the description someone gave me about Vapor Chef and I got blah.

I need a STRONG flavor (think Deadly Sin from Good Life Vapor, Banana Pudding from Plume Room or Voodoo from Halo, if anyone tried these). I have tried vendors people rave about but the flavors are so subtle I can barely taste them! TV Monkey Chunks caught my attention as well as some others.

What PG/VG ratio are u guys ordering it?

Trust me. TV is anything but subtle. Give them a try. I think you will like them. They have just as much or more flavor than GLV. I hate for people to steer me toward blah juices as well. I've wasted a lot of money that way. TV juices are far from blah juices.

Ok u totally caught me attention! If it has flavor like GLV, it is worth a try. Granted, I don't like all of GLVs flavors, but I can appreciate at least there is a flavor there, ya know?!? So I will be putting in my order for TV next.

I know what you mean. I don't think my taste buds ever fully recovered from my years of smoking because a lot of juices that some people rave about just don't do it for me. So far since I've come back to vaping I've found GLV and Nicoticket to be some of the best juices for flavor for my tongue at least. I have an order that will be delivered on Tuesday from TPR. I hope they hold up to GLV, TV, and Nicoticket. AIV juices are ok but too subtle for me and there is something in their bases that won't allow me to vape very much at one time. I already knew that I liked TV because I used them a couple years back when I was vaping and loved them then.

50/50 - best compromise for flavor and throat hit and vapor.

I've yet to try a "subtle" TV vape. :) They're not weak, wishy washy flavors, they're bold, in your face, and so far, dead on for what they claim to be. I think that's why I like them, you won't sit there like you do with 5 Pawns and wonder what that flavor is.

TV is my goto juice source. I have vaped a lot of Cinnacide and Vanilla over the last 10 months. My wife exclusively vapes TV's Tobacco and has for 10 months.

I particularly like their 2 and 4 oz doublers. Which I have mixed with a higher nic juice of the same flavor to get a lot of juice at my desired nic level. Example: a 2 oz doubler and one oz of 18mg nic mixed together gives me 3 oz (90 ml) of 6mg juice.

Trying to cut throat hit, I have become very sensitive to nicotine, I just received a 4 oz (120ml) bottle of 50/50 0nic Vanilla ($18.75) that I will cut 80% with unflavored PG/VG (50/50) giving me a huge supply of 50/50 0 nic juice for about $20.
