To be honest I don't own a Trident. I will say the Reo and RM2 are matchless when it comes to the best vape. The RM2 is very easy to rebuild my first build took less then ten minutes and it also was my first build of any kind. Lurk around and check out the videos and you'll be fine if you have any questions just ask here we'll get you on your perfect vape. When you get it build your coil stuff it with the wick of your choice and tie your shoes as tight as possible. You can expect to have your socks blown off. Oh yeah when you get it ya gotta post pix or it didn't happen.

Welcome to Reoville and coming congrats.

I have never really owned anything but REOs unless you count v2 cigs and a volcano inferno with a carto tank as anything. I got my first REO very early in the game - like a month in, and have not even considered any other device since then.

RBAs like the RM2 make it even more ridiculously satisfying and simple to attain the world class vape we demand :)

I don't have a Trident. I do have a Helios. I believe they are very similar addys. and of course I have a RM2.

once you learn to position your coil correctly on the RM2 and get the air hole to the right size for your vaping. You will be amazed how
the RM2 delivers great flavor as well as vape clouds.

I honestly think my RM2 works better than my Helios, my Atomic addy and my Omega do make bigger thicker clouds. but they don't give me as much juice flavor.

I haven't drilled any of mine out yet (got another couple en route, then I'll start to experiment).

But one thing I have noticed from early experiments (only had them a few days, so take with a grain of salt...) is they seem to be *extremely* sensitive to coil placement. I can only assume it's because the chamber is so small, small movements of the coil are proportionately larger.

That's good and bad - it makes the build a little more exacting, but gives you more 'tunability' afterwards, because you don't have to distort the coil or damage the legs to nudge it around and get a different vape.

Very good flavour though, I reckon.

Haha thank you for the warm welcome! You guys all seem to love your reo and I'm sure I will too. I'll probably be taking you up on questions to get my perfect vape:)

Welcome to REOville! Please post pics when you do get it.

I can't answer your question about the Trident, sorry. But when you do get it, everyone here is wonderful at answering questions about their favorite RDA and just love their RM2's. I am sure someone will come along who has a comparison to a trident for you :)

I don't have a Trident but have had other RBAs from our local modders (in the Philippines). But what I can say is this, ever since I received my 2 reomizers last April, I never looked at other RBAs again. That goes for mods too.

I've been using my 2 VV REOs (VV Woodvil and VV Grand) and reomizers exclusively since then.

I don't even have that meter thingamajig to measure my resistance. I just wrap 5 coils of 30 gauge kanthal on 3mm silica wick, adjust my mods to taste then vape away!

Just give yourself some time to get used to rebuilding them. Rest assured, you'll definitely enjoy them.

My .2 cents

Cheers!
