You're absolutely right. If someone tends to leave them on their side or even upside down, he's probably got a formidable leaking party at hand most of the time. Although there are some exceptions like the Orcish or MadDog, that are a bit less prone to leaking.

I've got no top airflow atty in use atm and haven't had any leaking for a very long time. But I have to admit, that I try to be careful. With emphasis on "try".
