I'm using the 1.6 Ohm coils in the Aspire Mini. How high can I take the volts/watts?

Probably around 15watts max, but probably less if you want them to last.
im guessing u mean the nautilus mini.

I've taken my Nautilus Mini up to 18W with a 1.8 Ohm coil on the iStick 30W, and no burning. Normally, I run the 1.8 Ohm coils at around 13.5W. Note that the coils have a max of 6V stamped on their side. So, with a 1.6 Ohm coil, you should be able to clear 20W without burning, theoretically speaking.
I would say it depends on what juice your vaping. Some of the 80pg juice I was using tasted like burnt sugar anything above 13 w but when I moved to 70 vg I could take it to around 20w without it burning.
