How I came to make my first mod

I just finished this hand made pipe.
Carved from Basswood, and stained
uses a standard 801 atty

I like it! I'm startin' to get ideas. Hmmm....

Richardf. I'm curios, how do yuo access the batt on that pipe?

I used a rubber stopper, hollowed out for the switch. Copper plates on the bottom and side for conact. Uses a 16340 batt.
The plug is kinda tight, but once you get it started it pops out.

Not bad, you guys are really gettin' me thinkin'. I've got some decent pieces of Butternut & some Basswood in the shop that I thought I'd never use. Hmmm....
