I'm guessing in more then 1 mosfit you just stack them on top of each other and Sauter the pins together ?

I read in there someone suggesting 3 25amp MOSFETs can't find it now if Anyone knows it let me know now to mount to the box can the steal tab of the mosfit hit the box and would you Sauter it down to the box buy the tab

Oh wow just read 4 MOSFETs 3034 parallel would be ideal on Riddit will that fit in my box all heat shrieked wrapped together

The 3034 is the go to mosfet for almost everyone. If you need more than 25a the stack them. I lay one on the tab of the other and slightly bend the legs down so the touch. Just solder the legs together. You only need one resister for both. Don't forget the resister

Being a bit old.... But here's another way to do parallel mosfets that are heat sinked by solder.

With them setup like this they have survived a 5-7 second short circuit after a rda melted.
