How long at 0 inc before certifying inc free?

Hi all, I was curious if any of you would be willing to share how long you were nic free before you were able to convince your insurance company. I'm aiming to ween myself down from 18g to 0, but I'm just wondering how long nic stays in the system. Any advice or anecdotes would be welcome. Thanks!

I know of someone that vaped 0 nic for three days before being tested and it came out clean. She is a nurse.

One important thing to remeber is that, it is mostly your mind that decides if you are still nicotine-addicted or not. Medically i would say that its out of the system in like 24 hours..

But.. just like an alcoholic.. a smoker is allways a smoker. Your mind will never truly forget it, so the never ending fight is all about trying to stay off the smokes for the rest of our lives.

I was more concerned with cheaper insurance. Feels like I'm paying a flipping car note and I know it will be cheaper if my blood tests "clean". Thanks for the info.
