How long can carto tanks last if its filled with liquid?

Depends on what you're using. Standard or xl cartos and the capacity of the tank. Also how much do you vape in a day. Need more info. If you're talking about leaving liquid in a tank untouched it's a different story.

45mm dual coil carto should give you about 45min of vape time.

It depends on the material of the tank and juice. Some juice can crack cheap tanks. Personally the longest i've left a filled carto tank untouched is two weeks and nothing gone wrong, was able to vape immediately. That was with a 80% pg cheap juice and a cheap plastic tank.

For this i'm not really sure but my advice for rebuildables is not to leave it unattended for a long period of time say 1 week. Previously, i had one and left it together with my carto for 2 weeks. As mentioned earlier, the carto vapes fine but when i vaped on the rebuildable it had a metalic taste. Not sure if it's the atty or the mesh that's causing this (was using a metal tank) though.

yeah i have abit of the metalic taste alr, mine atty juice is about a weeks old and i top it up yesterday!
