How long do 501 carts last?

I bought a Joye 501 the other day, it's being shipped to me right now.
It comes with 5 carts, and I was a little worried because I saw somewhere that people were going through at least 5 carts per day.
What is the general lifespan of a cart for a 501?

The carts just hold the juice and can last forever. The batting used to hold the juice in the carts may wear out but is easily replaced. I believe the people you refer to are vaping through 5 carts of juice a day.

Rebel is spot on with his answer, carts are designed to be refilled but over time the filler material can get a bit manky. All you do then is take it out and rinse under warm water to restore it back to White. Dry
It using a paper towel and then refill.

A set if five carts will last some time but blanks are very cheap so just pick up some spares when you next order some juice.
