How long do cartomizers last, and other cart questions

Anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks for some particularly stout cartomizers.

It depends on how heavily you vape... how thick your juice is... whether you wash them out or not.

I've had carts that just got progressively worse and worse-drawing till I finally pitch them. I've had others quit suddenly without so much as a goodbye.

I don't wash them. I use them for a few days to sometimes a week, then pitch them when I feel a brand- spanking new one will appreciably improve my vaping experience!

Boge seem to last longer than most. Some make it a few weeks of heavy use with proper care.

How fast you drain them is entirely up to you. Most folks don't vape more than 3 mLs per day, so you can do the math.

Cartos can die fast if the coil fails, but usually poor performance causes them to be tossed before they cut out completely.

Does washing them out make them "fresh" for a new juice?

I've never had great luck doing that. Cartos cost about $1.50 each. I use clear juice that's high PG so I don't go though carts that quickly. I can sometimes get a couple weeks out of a carto, so that's not really that bad. I don't push it though, I like nice new cartos.

Hello forum. Trying out Vapor Kings Boge 510 cartos with an eGo. About how long should one live? How often will I need to refill it? Should a cart be used until it dies? Will it be a gradual death, or sudden?
Thank you!

Speaking just from my own experience (YMMV), my Boge cartos last about 2 or 3 weeks of moderate to heavy vaping as long as they're kept topped off and not allowed to run dry.

A carto should have juice added to it as soon as you notice the flavor starting to drop off. Initial "fill" is about 20+ drops of juice, with top-offs averaging about 6 or 7 drops.

Yep, I would use a carto until it dies...no reason not to, really

Whether it's a gradual death or sudden depends on whether or not it's been allowed to run dry and become singed. In those cases, better to toss it and start fresh.

The time that a carto lasts depends on how we use them!
I've used cartos since I'v started vapping, and simple love them!
The only care i have with them is not leting the dry to much, so the coil dons't burn the filling!
And of course, good quality cartos are importante too, i generaly use boge and dual coil cartos, and have some that lasted me a couple of weeks and other that just lasted a few days!

It'l all a mather of luck to :)
