I opened a ticket on Saturday because they sent the wrong clearos (totally understandable mistake as it's indicated with these tiny little check boxes on the back.) I'm just wondering approximately how long it usually takes them to get back to people on those these days. I am super excited to try clearos, and got all excited when they had a couple in 510 left. Now they're out so I'm hoping they have some ingenious solution, cheking my e-mail every 5 min.
