How long do your batteries last before they can barely hold a charge?

I've had my provari mini for a couple of weeks now, and the 18350 batteries that used to get me through half the day now only hold a charge for about an hour or two. Is this normal?

No , I don't think it is normal. A few factors to consider are as follows:
-Do you leave your batteries or ProVari in a hot location such as in the car for long periods of time?
-Do you have more than two batteries in your rotation?
-If you are letting them fully discharge every time before charging,you could be putting undue stress on your batteries.
-Finally, check the charge state when they come off the charger as it is possible that your charger is defective.

Another thing might be the brand you are using or lack there of. Shelter posted about everything that came to my mind so sorry i couldn't be more help.

Thanks for your help guys. I am only using two batteries and I usually drain them all the way before charging them again. AND I think they are an off-brand battery. Looks like I need to invest in a few more supplies :/

3.2v is not a full discharge. Partially discharges will extend the number of charge cycles of a battery, but then you are charging more often. So do your batteries really last longer?

An update on what I think may have been the problem:

My charger has an option for 3 V charging and 3.7 V charging and somehow over the past couple of days the switch somehow "moved" itself to the 3 V charging position... I really don't know how it got there but I think I may have accidentally moved it while switching batteries in the dark or someone else may have messed with it. But anyway, I'm hoping this didn't do any damage to my batteries.

Got my extended batts with the extended cap when I pre ordered my Provari when first introduced. Still using those same batteries. . .coming up on two years now. Have no idea how long they're supposed to last. I have pretty good luck with rechargeable batts. I use a flashlight with rechargeabe NiCd batt stick for work 5 nights a week. Supposed to last a year. I've been using the same batt for going on six years. Luck like mine I outta buy a lottery ticket. JMHO

I just got a kit with two 320 mAh auto batteries? I did charge them thoroughly and each only hold a charge up to 2 hours. I do vape continuously but I thought I would get more vape time out of them. Any thoughts?

Can anyone please give a simple explanation regarding the different numbers when it comes to cartomizers and atomizers with the use of certain types of batteries (the power of the battery). I hope that made sense.

Which kit? Small batteries do not last very long at all. Cig lookalikes have very poor battery longevity.

The smaller the number the more it takes to fire it from a battery, especially if using something like a dual coil cartomizer.

i keep account on all my wastage..i being vaping now for over 1 1/2 yrs and my 1st year i used up 4 batteries(2 x 380mAh and 2 x 1100 mAh) plus 1 i accidently snapped the joint of the seal after carelessly left in my back pocket and sitting down..i rotate 4 PVs i use daily and on average charged at least 2 batteries per day(i chained-vape from morning till night on average 4 ml of various e-liquids which i DIY myself..batteries only last 300 recharges..think just about right my fully ultilised batteries,lasted ..so never without backups..happy vaping every1..regards mafig

The batteries should recover. They may have lost a few cycles but that should be way down the road so you probably won't really notice.
Since the Provari usually starts blinking around 3.2 volts it's not surprising they were "dying" on you so quickly. You might want to see what the batteries come off the charge at on the 3 volt setting just for curiosity's sake.
