Thanks. That explains why I got that burnt taste after a short while. I dripped directly on my atty and cleared that nasty taste up... Luckily I have 4 TV juices and 6 VK juices for dripping...

and if you don't want to get into the blue foam plug, just cutting a bit more of the filler off can help as well - that way, the filler is just acting as a plug and there is more juice in the cart well. I cut a johnson & johnson safety swab shaft to 11/16ths for the straw and cut diagonals on top and bottom - that keeps the bridge off of the straw. The Bridge will determine how deep the filler will be. I can go 45minutes with a similar set up using blue foam cut a bit oversized so it doesn't drop down. Squeeze it in and it acts like a spring against the sides of the wall of the cart. One time deal and I get no leaks with it, good vape time and good wicking to the atty.
I also noticed that I use more juice when I have the atomizer cover installed on my eGo. I removed it and used the eGo for about a week, and I started using it again last night, and found myself filling up more than normal, while pretty much using it the same as I always have.
You might want to try the Mega 510 attys and carts that tw sells. Thay last longer. The best way to buy the attys is in the 5 pack. I have searches the web and even on the Chinese sites I have not found a cheaper price.
