How long does it take for Eastmall to Process orders?

I searched this on the forum, but nothing came up.

This is my first time ordering from eastmall, before this i ordered through a friend.

anyway, i made the order on the 6th of Oct, but its already 9th, the status there still says that its processing the order.

Is this normal?

there is a national holiday in China

no one is working from 1st to 7th of October

they will be back to work on the 8th for 1 day then it is weekend --

so you should check your account for order status on friday afternoon, - evening -
and then again on Monday if no go on Friday.

hello Di!

i totally overlooked that the 8th was friday and the last day of the week. Most of their staff mustve took that day off too (like any smart employee) so their days off would spillover the weekends.

I also placed my order on Oct 6 and my order still states processing. Just seems like a long time to me, I hope my order was not lost. Also the site seems to be having problems. Won't load.


Update.
I emailed cust support and received a reply very quick from Selina. She gave me a tracking number. So apparently the processing was not yet updated. So all is good now and I'm looking forward to receiving my new indulgence and all the other goodies I ordered.

Dont worry, PIF did a co op, order placed on the 1st, and it STILL says processing
