Still Processing

I placed an order on Aug 19, and the order status is still "processing" My PayPal has been charged. Is it typical for an order to have many days processing, or is this just because of the holiday. I made sure to order on Monday China time...

I order from many companies, and this is my first EastMall order.

Just wondering why the long lead time to ship...

I really wanted to try out EastMall because so many swear by them, and my previous vendor screwed the pooch with a BAD order of juice. Meaning it was ALL nasty. 10 bottles. I would like to find a reliable vendor with GOOD inexpensive juice.

I hope you mean Sept. 19th! If so then yes, it is because of the holiday. Eastmall usually ships next day.

I read that they are celebrating New Year in China. You know nations and holidays, nothing official happens.

and yes the delay is due to the national Holiday in China

Eastmall usually ships next day after your paypal clears.

Unless there is a stock shortage when it comes to packing your order,

then I think policy is to hold the order and ask if you wish to wait for restock,

or go ahead and credit the out of stock item.
