Just about 4 years!!! Never thought I'd be able to do it. I don't care what my doc says..... it does work -- he's probably jealous because he didn't think of it.... lol. Now it's a flavorful hobby, and I do not panic if I don't have a PV when I run out of the house.

108days...i quit for 10 days and i have stronge craving...i go in pharmacy and bought eroll...after that i didnt smoke no nasty...and i dont need it.now i am on 3mg...12,9,6,3.
I am been smoker 18 years 40 cig daily...
