When I ordered on Friday I got an error message that said "Shipping could not be calculated, will email shipping charges" or something close to that. The email receipt said "Rates Unavailable. We will contact you."
Steve, do you know what that's about? You can add whatever charge is needed to my order for shipping. (order #11841)

Hey Houdini ...

We have flat rate shipping ... So everything that used to be under $40, was $5.95 to ship. We raised that to $45 for $5.95 shipping. So, a few people that ordered between $40 and $45 for a few hours on Friday didn't get shipping calculated due to an issue on our end.

So, the jist of that story is ... You guys all got free shipping :) No need to worry, assuming you are paid up and ready to go. Nothing else is owed.
