How long should manual XL batteries last?

Just wondering how long the batteries should last? Also, should they be cleaned or anything? I have 3 manual XL batteries that I use daily and just swap between at least two. However, sometimes I notice that the carts seem to burn hot - does that have anything to do with the battery or me just not paying attention to how old the cart is? All 3 of my batteries are less than 3 months old.

Length of charge varies a lot. I've seen people post 6-8 hrs. I get 3-4 because I vape a lot.
You can clean the threads with alcohol. Only dip the threaded in about an 1/8th inch of alcohol. Then wipe it clean. the little air holes can be cleared with a needle. The hot carto is common. Give it a break to cool down, You can try centering the the atty in the carto. Just take the the mouth end cap off and make sure the hole in the filler is centered. I use a toothpick for this. There are many methods for all this stuff and you should be able to find videos that will explain better than I can. Good luck!

It's probably just the cart; keep the batts clean and they should last 6-10 hrs between charges depending on vape rate. Regarding overall batt lifetime, I recommend you do a search on this subject; there have been zillions of threads related to battery questions and issues.

Thanks guys. I do try to keep the batteries clean but being on the beach this week probably isn't helping!!!!
