No No you guys are looking at it all wrong, heres how geoff mixes the juice, (by what i can tell/figure out)
** note to make it easier these are going to just be all PG based.
lets start with 3, 30ml bottles, bottle A is 0mg nic, bottle B is going to be 12mg nic, and bottle C is going to be 48mg nic,
we'll use tastyfinger as the flavor, so in order to 'flavor' a Full 30ml bottle, lets say you will need about 8ml of pure flavoring, so we will put 8ml of flavor in bottles A,B, and C,
now we will add the PG based Nic juice, which is a very high mg strength, so in bottle A we will add NONE, in bottle B we will add lets say 4ml's enough to make a 30ml bottle 12mg strength, and in bottle C we will add 12ml's enough to make a 30ml bottle 48mg strength,
are you all still with me??
so bottle A has 8ml's in it so far, bottle B has 12ml's in it, and bottle C has 20ml's in it,
Now we add PLAIN PG juice to fill these bottles up to 30ml's, so now all the bottles have the same amount of juice, all the bottles also have the same amount of flavor, the only thing that changes is the plain vs. nic juice ratio, the higher the nic the more high strength nic juice that is added, the lower the mg, the less nic juice that is needed,
do you understand it now? how the 'same' amount of flavor is used in each bottle,
In a doubler then the 8ml's of flavor is now 32ml's of total flavoring, then just plain PG added to fill it to the full 120ml's for that bottle size.

{ really don't think Geoff would mix that way. Even I (a DIY newb) don't do it that way.
Have a nic juice without any flavor. Let's say i have a 36 mg nic juice. 'll cut it down to the target nic. Only then i add flavor. So...adding flavor at 1% to a 12 mg target nic juice will be the same as adding it to a 0 nic juice.}
if you Cut to the Target Nic Level THEN add flavor, then you are actually getting a lower overall Nic mg, you have to consider how many ml's of flavor you are adding into the mix, even if it is just .2 ml's.
