I think that some forget that this juice is made to order. Each bottle. Some things are out of their hands and they have no control. My one or two bottles are only part of a much bigger picture. But the vaping market as a whole is unpredictable! Atty's biting the dust a carto only lasting a day when the one next to it lasts a week. I think Geoff and company have bent over backwards to keep us off analogs and have done a damn good job in my opinion. Every order I place I ask for something of the team, substituting one flavor for another even on premium flavors and they never bat an eye. How many companies will do that? And why would they take a recipe that sells and change it so it doesn't taste good? Hello! Come on folks cut some slack here. Geoff is Geoff take it or leave it. He has a business to run a life of his own to live. The man works practically 24/7 trying to please people. I just think everyone needs to get off the me me me bit. Geoff has always spelled it out CALL if you have a problem. Not call screaming and ranting. Have a conversation! Any ways enough of my ranting. My thumbs getting tired typing this out on my cell phone!

Oh and one last thing my God people Gus had a toe amputated and 1/3 of the posts were "where's my order "? "What's taking so long "? Arghhh

Yes Markimar you are right but also as zanax said people don't like gambling away their money and hoping if they can catch a good flavor.

I mean, I can shut up and stop ordering from TV, while not achieving anything. Or I can continue being constructive for both TV and customers.

If people want me to stop taking this further and let it be, then I will respect that.

The thing is, guys, we haven't visited any of our vendors, so we don't really know how they produce their flavorings. We all can sit here and guess what is going on there. One thing is for sure, they are not hand mixing anything and they are not trying/tasting the gallons of flavorings we are buying from them. Do I want to take a field trip to Texas to visit Lorann's? Yes, I do! Will it happen? Not likely.

To address your concerns, asd:

1. We are not mixing any liquids in bigger batches. It is against our policy. We are still mixing one bottle and one order at a time. That is why, our customers have to let the juices sit, that is why, we have more than 24 hours turnaround. Think of it this way, our juices are perishable items, if we mix a huge batch, let's say of Cafe Macchiato, and no one buys it for a while, we will have to throw the whole thing away. Making huge batches is not a smart business move, in my opinion. Plus, our orders are completely customizable. If someone wants less coffee in their Cafe Macchiato, we are able to accommodate such request, as everything is mixed per order. Every mixer has a recipe book with specific measurement for each recipe, so there is no room for error. But we acknowledge that we can make mistakes too, that is why we encourage everyone to call us.

2. Even though we have grown significantly, we are making sure that we are paying attention to details when mixing. This is imperative! We have indeed hired more help to keep the order turnaround time at 48 hours. Right now we are down to 72 hours from a week.

As for tasting the actual flavoring, all our premium flavorings are rather complex, they take more than one or even two single flavorings. Trying one flavoring at a time won't make too much sense for a number of reasons.

What does all this mean to you, our customers? Again, give us a call, we will get to the bottom of it together.

.
if the mixed e-liquids are off, and TV has not changed anything about what and how mixing is done, it stands to reason that 1 or more flavors in the mix is bad. so why not know what the individual flavorings are supposed to taste like before they are mixed....
was gonna write a longer response, but i just realized im not gonna get any good AC, because the flavoring companies that use precision high tech machines to make the flavorings are inconsistant, and there is no way to tell if any single flavorings are off before using them.
so.... im out.
