Greetings,


I think this is my second post so if it is in the wrong area I apologize. A dear friend of mine turned me onto E-smoking and I am still in my first week, and may be jumping the gun a bit but none-the-less.


Currently I am vaping through a dse90 and i like it a lot but...My hand still is looking for the ever present marlboro red that seemed to be in my hand every ten minutes ((barring Injury)). I also have now a coffee mug full of lighters that I apparantly no longer need.

My question is this. When I am smoking I am holding the e-cig in my hand like it is a hooka hose. Thus my hands are still looking for the cigarette they are used to. So,

1) Has anyone one else encountered this?

2) Do you think it woud simply stop bothering me if i got a dse901 that ran on the battery

3) have you been able to hold in between your fingers like a regular cigarette or does the weight and air holes throw you off?

I am using a usb adapter not a battery at the moment
Pure Smoker was out when I was ordering.

I am new like you but one of the best things with e-cigs is the ability to go anywhere and smoke now. I have always been banned to the outside or next to the fireplace to smoke before this. My best day so far was the abiltiy to sit on the toilet and have a cig, it seemed so weird. So to answer your question you need a battery so you can find all the new benefits of e-smoking.

Maybe you should try a smaller mini, just to replace the real cig. I'm using a Janty standard size ecig, its almost like a cigar size and its doing the job rather well. I would think the usb plug would seem a little too strange at first. Try using a regular battery with your dse 90, you can smoke while watching TV or walking around - the way you smoked a regular cig.

I second that. You should try a smaller ecig. I have an EVO and that's the only experiece I have with minis right now. I also have a DSE 901 but I like how the EVO feels in my hands. The downside is that the carts are still small like the 901, but the EVO has a crazy battery life. They have a "try me" pack if you want to try them first.

I can only recommend the shortest e-cig i've used. You might wanna try the M402, which is only 96mm and slimmer than the 901. Battery life is a little less than the m401 (about 15% lesser). However, 2 batts can still last you a whole day. Everything else is the same as the M401. I am able to hold it like a regular cig with no problems.
