I ordered on November 5th, have been told twice it would ship the next day (the last time it was supposed to ship on Nov 24th) and now my emails are not being answered. I've just asked for an honest answer or a refund.
I understand that people get overwhelmed, but it's unacceptable for a vendor to be dishonest or not respond after so long. It's really too bad because they're taking what could have been a nice little business and forcing people to consider ways in which to compete with them or replace their need.
I can't think of a worse way to do business.
At least I can say that this has been my only negative experience with the 11 vendors I've found so far here at ECF. Everyone else has been speedy to reply and ship, and product has been as advertised. Props to Cignot, Nhaler, Heaven's Gifts, Cybervex, DIY Flavorshack, MrsT, MyFreedomSmokes, and soon TastyVapor, madvapes, and Eastmall whose orders are in the mail with shipping information. Thanks to e1 for recommending great vendors.
