How long would it take?

I don't mean to start another discussion about mis labeled nicotine levels, but I have a question. I just mixed up 3 ml of 36mg nicotine juice with a bit of flavoring. How many ml would I have to vape to know it was a higher level? I have gone through about a milliliter and everything seems ok.

If it was very high you would know on the first drag as it would give you a major head rush and taste very harsh.

That's what I thought. So I can plan to safely use it. I will probably be cutting it to 18mg.
