How low can you go with a battery before recharging?

I actually just pulled out a battery at 3.4v today for a fresh one. Once I notice heat and vapor production is down, I start measuring voltage until somewhere around 3.3 to 3.4v. I'd rather switch em out sooner, but I'm trying to stick to full range use like I do with my Provari.

Sent from my mind while out and about.

the rule of thumb is 3.0v per cell on a lithium battery.
any lower than that and you are treading on "irreversible damage" territory.
Drop the voltage to low and the internal gel/acid/whatever solidifies and you have an ugly paperweight.

Lithium batteries like to stay topped up.

some smart chargers i've owned, have had error displayed when the voltage has reached 3.0v on the cell.

But I find it hard to get to 3.0V on a single battery, as i no longer enjoy the vape @ 3.6v or below.
My batterries usually get swapped out once i reach that point...

what... go below 3 volts?

your atty wouldnt be able to produce significant vapor below 3 volts, so why would you want to go lower.

unless your in a situation of extreme intoxication, and ran a battery dead trying to vape.... you would realize that its time to change out the battery.

but to answer your question. some AW's spec the lowest discharge voltage rating to be 2.5V... but that is from memory so i may be wrong. It also may depend on what size battery you are running. but a quick google search would bring up the spec sheet of the information you would need.

why so worried?
