i would love to know how many people are sitting at home, smoking a Newport, searching the forum. How many "on the fence" people are out? Did ECF save your life?? Errr I mean help you convert? They sure saved this old vet!

I'm approaching 2 years smoke free, thank you. My anniversary date is January 15th.

For some reason it was easy for me - got my kit at 2:13pm on July 13, 2011. Never again smoked another cigarette. ECF did save my life - no doubt about it. Smoked 2 PAD for over 25 years. But...I do have to say that when I was doing my research on ECF prior to getting my first kit, I was smoking - so yeah, I can see people smoking and reading ECF till they learn what they need to know to buy their first kit.
been 6 months 26 days for me, making my own liquid now and cut down to 10mg nic and 0 nic I puff on.
I was a 4 PAD smoker. Once I got my Joye 510 kit in the mail and charged the batteries, I haven't looked back. Not touched a cigarette since. I found ECF about a month after starting and was glad I did. I've met some really great people on here and made many friends. I've been smoke free for over a year now.
haha... I used to do this way back when I first joined the site. Figuring out all this ecig stuff is stressful and really makes you want a cigarette.
When I first trawled these pages desperately searching for my new PV I was sucking a grape lollipop with a nicotine patch stuck on my arm and in a bad way lmao!!!
