And if you do, would you be allowed to sell cartridges/liquid containing nicotine ? That's the problem here in NZ you see...

As far as I know in NZ it is forbidden to sell nicotine containing cartridges. You may purchase them from overseas over the Internet, but only a personal three month supply.
Are the rules different in OZ, or are there just no rules on the sale of nicotine cartridges yet ? It would be good news if it is indeed currently permitted in OZ !
This is one of the reasons I was so excited by the conclusion Dr. Laugesen made in his recent report (see also this thread) where he stated that:
I'm hoping this will pave the way to acceptance in NZ and who knows, perhaps down the line the possibility of actually purchasing nicotine cartridges within our own shores, that would be absolutely great !

you (or someone in aus) needs to start stocking the dse-901 and a penstyle (dse-801) as more variety means more business, and the super mini's just dont cut it for anyone that is actually trying to quit normal cigs (unless they originally smoked 1mg's then in that case why are they even smoking?). i'm sorry if i overreact but i found it to be the sh*ttest thing since taxes were brought in. after getting a faulty atomiser with it and not getting any support from the supplier i ended up throwing it in the bin and buying a couple 801's. now they do the trick, and the 901's are meant to be even better again. If you've been in the quit smoking business for some time now you whould know this, as i've only been trying to quit for a few weeks and learnt all this in that time. i dont mean to sound like i'm degrading anyone, just a little fustrated when suppliers claim all this sh*t till you make a sale then they dont wanna know ya. as far as i'm concerned i'd rather pay double and deal with someone who is reliable and tells you the truth, not this claim that a damn cartridge will last a pack of smokes. anyone who believes that needs a smack over the head. Once again if i have overreacted or offended anyone i appologise. just the thought of a super mini fires me up. and the fact i just woke up and haven't had my coffee and e-smoke. ha ha

Sorry to hear of your bad experiences. We are yet to have any complaints with this model, but yes we will be stocking many other models in future. Just have to find some decent suppliers seeing as the Aussie dollar is now worth a grain of rice.

did u come across any legal issues regarding the sale in Australia? if so how did u overcome them?

In regards to the sale of nicotene in Australia, from what i am aware there is no law against it as a medicated substance. The electronic cigarette itself cannot be advertised purely as a quit smoking remedy until it is approved by QUIT Australia. Hence why the site focuses on it being a smoking alternative.

Thanx for your response, good to hear that OZ has not (yet ?) banned the sale of nicotine cartridges as has been done in NZ.
Aother question I had was whether you will be selling to NZ customers as well, and if so, what would the shipping costs be ? I could not find this on the site, perhaps I missed it ?
Also, any idea when you will be able to supply different products, like the penstyle ?
