How many batteries for a 2 pack smoker

It's hard to make any kind of "conversion" based on cigs. You can get by with two batteries if you also ordered the pcc with it or you're home all day to use the wall charger. I like having 3 batteries though 'cause sometimes you get a battery whose charge just doesn't last as long as the others.
to be sure have at least 4 total or more 510 battys. some will not last long and some will. Its hit or miss with how long they will actually last. always have backups is my motto or you will be sorry sooner rather than later..lol And like Sudo said PPC would be the way to go also!
If I were you I would look into getting a mod. If you smoke that much the hassle with standard batteries is just to much and with a mod you'd only need a couple batteries. More expensive now but in the long run you will save a LOT. That's my personal experience anyway. 
I came from smoking 2 packs a day too. Bought two kits so I could have 4 batteries and 2 chargers. It seems like I'm always charging the batteries and have 2 charging at the same time. As Darkest said about a mod, I'm thinking just that, to try to find something where I'm not always charging.
My next purchase is a mod, either the Chuck, Prodigy, or that wonderful looking GLV system!
