How many carts a day ?

This is my first post, so hopefully I'm replying correctly. You mentioned that you were smoking ultralights. What liquid is equivalent to ultra lights? I'm looking to purchase from PureSmoker. The regular flavor are Marlboro (which are too strong), 555, Hilton and Virginia. Any idea which one is lightest?

None of the cigarette flavors really taste like a real cigarette in my opinion. You can try any one of those four if you want. It's the nicotine level that is important. He sells 18mg, 14mg and 11mg in those flavors. If your used to ultra-lights start out with the low 11mg. If thats not strong enough you can always go to a higher nic.

Thats hard to say. There's a lot of variables. I would say no more than 10-15 cigs worth.

i still think if i went back to normal cigs i wouldnt want more than 2-3. everytime i have one i feel dizzy and uncomfortable now. apart from when i have a few beers lol...

I'm still smoking 1 or 2 regular cigs a day, and only because my husband is still smoking and I go outside to talk to him while he's smoking. (We don't smoke in the house...vape yes, smoke no.)
I will say that regular cigarettes taste horrible now. I miss the "sweetness" of the vapor when I smoke one.

I find that if I have a regular cig first thing in the morning, the ecig doesn't give me the satisfaction that I'm looking for and I top off the my carts more frequently during the day, however, that's not the case if I start the day with the e-cig. Anyone else notice that?

Also, I have low strength carts and top them with zero strength liquid. Sometime in the future, I plan on swapping that combo to 0mg carts and low liquid. (Like to see if I can wean myself off the nicotine by just adding a drop or two of the low here and there).

yup when u wake up u have the urge to smoke real cig , I got tried many times with e cig in the morning but after I tried 36mg e liquid from a seller david yang with 103 I ordered from him. I can roughly feel the same kick like real cig in the morning ....

I do still smoke real cig haha but it depend on individual maybe I AM A hardcore smoker

Now I feel a little real cig ignorant. I've always assumed that regular, lights, ultra lights referred to the flavor/intensity of the cig. For instance, when my husband smoked Marlboro reds, they killed me. I'm an ultra light girl.
Was that the nic intake? I always thought it was the flavor. So when ordering my first order, I went with medium and low, but was trying to find an e-flav that wouldn't choke me like the Marlboro red.
My order should, might, hopefully, be here tomorrow. I guess I'll figure it out when that time comes. I didn't go with high nic because as much as I crave the smoking gesture and throat hit, I was afraid I'd OD!
I'll let you all know how it goes.
