How many carts?

I'm assuming that drip tips come with some sort of stopper that you can use when you're not using it to keep it from leaking?

One last question (for now lol), say I want to try a new flavor. Would I just wait till I use up one of my carts and then refill it with the new juice? Or is it best to just use separate carts for each flavor?

I'm new to this but I think its a separate cart for each flavor. The clearomizers are nice and very easy to fill I have a few of those with different flavors in them. They don't seem to leak. But as also said the DCT tanks seem to be the easiest way to go. I fill mine every other day.

I use cartos without a tank and pack my APV in my pocket all day long. I go through about 2.5 ml of juice per day. I used to carry three extra filled and capped cartos around. That would be enough to get me through a long day. You don't want to vape a 2.0 ohm XL carto down past one half of the 1.8 ml capacity unless you want to burn it.

Now I find it's just easier to pack a single spare carto and carry along a 15 ml plastic dripper bottle for the day.
