How Many Cigs Worth of Nicotine Am I Vaping?

I am vaping between 4ml and 5ml of 21.5mg/ml liquid per day. I make my own juice with 6.5ml of 100mg/ml nicotine solution per 30ml bottle.

I am very interested in what this equates to in cigarettes smoked from a nicotine perspective. I used to smoke Marlboro 100 lights or Pall Mall Lights (Blue), about a pack and a half a day.

I understand this is not a perfect science, but am very interested in your estimate.

Thanks in advance for your help. I just can not stop thinking about how much nicotine I am putting into my body.

Forget about compairison to ciggs. Your a vaper not a smoker right? Let your body tell you how much you need. Try cutting back a bit with every batch. You will know if you have gone to far. In my drippers 6mg keeps me happy. In my gennisis with a lhigher amp build 12mg does the trick. But if I pull out the old protank 2 or somthing equivalent it takes 24mg to keep me from climbing the walls!

exact, on a simple ecig I have to use 16 mg liquids but on my squape, 8 mg is enough ... And I'm not sure that comparison between ecig and cig is a good thing ...
