I was disappointed in the 7-11 piece of junk I got, but thought well enough of it to research and see if there was any better out there. The moment I took the first vape of THAT, I was done smoking.... I think I had 3 analogs left at that point. Yes, I finished them, but they were never the same once I vaped that first real vape.

It took me about 3 to 4 weeks to finally quit the smokes. I started with a locally bought 21st Century Smoking kit then got a 510 starter kit and was still smoking 5 or 6 cigs/day. I set myself to a final pack finally. On my second day of quitting I got some fairly strong cravings and had one of my wife's cigs, and that was my last one. If I went more than 3 hrs without a cig, while I was smoking, I would get shaky and short tempered.

I've been vaping since March and no cravings for a cig since then. But then vaping has become a 'lifestyle' for me; the majority of my free time is spent either here or working on some aspect of modding :D

I've known people who could smoke most of a pack of cigs while partying and then not touch them for month(s). There are different levels of addiction to cigs.

ETA:  I DID love vaping from the start! I love gadgets so vaping was, as they say, right down my alley ;). Just took me awhile to ditch the 'stinkies'.

A lot of us with the same story.....I ordered a kit from a company called Prime Vapor, and when it came, I realized the potential, even tho there was a lot to be desired with that kit. I did not smoke again, and went searching for a better vaping experience....found ECF, researched and ordered. Have not looked back.
