How many ohm for a 900 maH battery???

I have a 808-thread 900 maH vGo battery that I bought from Vapor 4 Life. I had finally found an 808-thread clearomizer for my set-up, used for 2 days & realized I was getting a burnt taste & the juice was becoming very thick & dark. I've cleaned the clearomizer & dry burned it. I've changed the juice & also have mixed the juice & vaped from an angle. No change. A friend of mine that has more knowledge on vaping said that my battery probably has too much power for the clearomizer coil. Does this sound right to everyone? If so, what type of clearomizer would I need? Is it the ohm that would need to be changed?

Thanks!

900 mah doesn't tell you power, only how long the battery can go w/out a charge. Vgo would be a 3.7v device as far as I know.

Any clearomizer from about 1.8ohm to 2.4 ohm would be your sweet spot. Sounds to me like that particular clearo is a dud or something, I've had that happen with low resistance visions lately too.

MAH is just how long the battery will last at a know discharge rate. Voltage and ohms together gives you watts. Watts are what make the diff in the kind of vapor experience. Here is a chart that kind of explains it. P2seQ.jpg
The higher the MAH the longer it will go between charges.
Volts and ohms combine to give you a power output you need in the form of Watts.
For some attys the high ohms and high voltage will get you more vapor than low ohms and lower voltage even if the watts are the same. Or at least the potential is there. More ohms usually means a longer coil. More surface area to heat.

Ha Ha beat me to it. I waited to long to hit save. LOL

If you're using a thick VG liquid, you do need to let it sit in your clearo for a few minutes to fully absorb into the wick before you vape. In addition, you don't want to "smoke" it like a cigarette. You need to put yourself more in the mind of your grandpop enjoying his pipe on his porch. Take a couple of slow inhales, hold in your mouth, inhale if wished, and then release through nose or mouth. I tend to prefer a 2.2 -2.4 ohm clearomizer. It seems to work nicely with the mostly and/or mainly high VG ratio of juice I favour. Hope that helps a little.
