how many parts are interchangeable between the 510 and the 901?

Hey guys. Just curious which parts are compatable with both the joye510 and the dse901. For instance, could I use the cartridge from a 510 on my 901, the atty, etc? I like the round carts for the 510 and people also say that it gives a different throat hit, but I don't want to put together a new setup if I can just get a 510 atty and attach it to the 901 battery. Thanks.
